Almond keto-cookies
Crispy, flavorful, nourishing cookies with a minimum of carbs, dairy, sugar and gluten free. One of my favorite and most used recipes. Ideal to take them with you or prepare for breakfast. It will also be an excellent choice for those who do not like to stand at the stove for a long time, cookies require just a few minutes of your participation. I recommend to make 2 servings at once. Without further ado, let’s cook!
Ingredients:
- 120 g almond flour
- 25 g erythritol
- 1 egg
- 10 g melted butter
- ½ tsp baking powder
You will get about 6-7 cookies.
Nutritional value for one cookie: 5.6 proteins /11 fats/ 1 gram net carbs per cookie*
* I don’t count extra almonds and other decorations here
Instructions:
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Form cookies.
4. Decorate them with nuts/chocolate if you wish
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C degrees in the oven in top-bottom mode.
6. Cool first on a baking sheet.
7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
